Built for INR groups

Split the bill first. Settle the balance through UPI.

Spliitly calculates exactly who owes whom, then prepares a standard UPI payment request with the recipient and amount filled in. You review and complete the transfer in your own payment app.

Built to keep every share clear

Exact INR balances

Amounts are stored in minor units so percentage and itemized splits remain accurate down to the paisa without floating-point drift.

Pre-filled payment request

For supported INR settlements, Spliitly can open an installed UPI app with the payee, amount and payment note prepared for review.

Payment stays with your provider

Spliitly never asks for a UPI PIN and does not hold funds. The bank or UPI application authorizes and completes the transfer.

How it works

  1. 01

    Add the shared expense

Record who paid and choose an equal, exact, percentage, share-based or itemized division for the participants.

  2. 02

    Check the calculated balance

Spliitly combines the group's expenses and presents a simplified list of payments that would settle everyone fairly.

  3. 03

    Pay and record the settlement

Open the UPI request, verify the recipient and amount in your payment app, complete it there, then confirm the settlement in Spliitly.

Useful in real life

Restaurant bills

Assign different dishes to different people, divide shared items and settle the final balance after the meal.

Group travel

Combine dozens of small payments and settle the net result instead of sending money after every purchase.

Monthly household costs

Review rent and utilities together, then use one clear settlement plan at the end of the month.

Frequently asked questions

Does Spliitly process UPI payments?

No. It creates a standard payment request. Your chosen UPI app and bank process the money, and you decide when to record it as settled.

Does Spliitly need my UPI PIN?

Never. Enter a UPI PIN only inside the trusted payment application opened on your device, not inside Spliitly.

Can UPI be used for non-INR groups?

No. Spliitly offers the UPI option only for INR groups because UPI settlement requests are denominated in Indian rupees.
